WHAT IS CHEMICAL TOLL BLENDING?

Toll blending, also known as contract manufacturing or contract blending, involves outsourcing the production of lubricants blending. Our team of scientists can transform your formula, raw materials, and packaging into a finished product, prepared for shipping. At Saphire Blue, we specialize in toll blending and packaging for both lubricants and greases, offering solutions from bulk packaging to small retail packages of up to 200ml.

LUBRICANT BLENDING

Saphire Blue employs stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-density polyethylene mixing vessels for the production of oil blends, lubricants, and greases. Our multiple mixing vessels, coupled with variable speed blenders, offer customers flexibility in batch sizes and the capacity for large-scale campaigns and concurrent projects. Equipped with fully automated filling and packaging lines for small containers, our manufacturing plants ensure efficiency and precision. Additionally, we have implemented online batch printing and quality monitoring systems to maintain accurate tracking and control over the quality and performance of packaged goods.

FACILITIES

Saphire Blue has three manufacturing plants for lube oil belnding and three plants for DEF manufacturing. The total production capacity of around 96,000 MT of lube oils ,6000 MT of greases and 1,80,000 Mt of DEF per annum on single shift basis. Various package filling lines are available from 100ml / 500ml / 1 litre / 4 litre / 5 litre / 20 litre / 25 litre 210 litre / 1000L IBC and bulk tankers. In house storage tank capacity of around 8000 KL and on port storage facility of around 15000 KL.
